How to Commission Acrylic Art

Your Commission

The process for having a commissioned piece of art done is as follows:

Each piece is unique and because of the type of medium it is (acrylic/resin) it is not a precise art. It is the collaboration between the skill of the artist and the flow of the acrylics that produces the “one off” piece of art.

Should you want a specific dominant colour in the piece, a type of mood you are wanting the painting to portray, or just a strong conversational element to the room, then these things can be brought about within the piece of work.

Size of piece, the shape of the board, whether it is square, oblong, hexagonal or round, and the type of finish, ie framed or not framed, are all factors that I will require you to furnish.

Once these elements have been furnished by you I will provide a costing for the commissioned work.
